Since 2018, I have supported YMCA of San Francisco (YSF) with a variety of data collection/analysis, and information management needs.
– During COVID lock downs, I lead a monthly staff experience survey project, including inter-departmental collaboration on an organizational journey map.
– During and since COVID lock downs I have collaborated with the Membership Experience team to create a suite of survey and other data collection instruments to assess satisfaction as well as program impacts.
– Over the years, I have assisted with two organization-wide DEIA surveys. Though initiated by external contractors, I conducted full analysis of extensive open-ended data sets and provided accessible reports for staff use.
